Return Policy

There is a very strict refund policy for these bouquets. Since we are a non-profit organization, and these are one of kind bouquets, the only refund we will allow is if there is proof of damage to the bouquet, while unpacking the box. Either a video or pictures with the unopened box and proof of time before opening and after opening. There are very clear pictures and description of each bouquet, so please make certain of the bouquet you choose. We cannot offer exchanges due to the fact that the more handling there is to these bouquets, the more potential there is for damage. We give a seven-day period for proof of a refund after you receive your packaged bouquet.
